we had a fantastic experience at quest. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. our room was cozy and had amazing heating, with pillows that were just perfect for a good night's sleep. we loved the cleanliness of the bathroom, and the shower amenities were a nice touch. also, the location was ideal, surrounded by great places to eat and easy access to parking.

The staff was extremely helpful and we could use 24-hour housekeeping service, laundry service, and ironing free of charge. We had a spacious bedroom. Our kitchen included an oven, a cooktop, and kitchenware;))

The place was fantastic and had amazing staff. It boasts an excellent central location adjacent to shops and restaurants, including the Highpoint Shopping Centre, making it a convenient choice for visitors to the outskirts of Melbourne.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk to the city center and also within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the Entrance Ocean Baths.

I always return here because the staff helped me find great places on my first stay. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and air conditioning. I'll be back for New Year!

I mastered cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, which felt like a luxury for this Belgian. I also enjoyed the spacious living area and comfy king bed. the daily housekeeping kept things clean, and the staff were helpful, even with my sign language attempts. the location made shopping a breeze. Just a heads-up, I nearly blocked a carpark entrance while checking in—I could use a sign! I’d come back again.

This hotel is extremely close to the HighPoint shopping centre, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts like me. The rooms with a queen-size bed and an excellent balcony view were quite spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
